Beer doesn't feature in the cooking, just on the table. This year with the turkey I'm planning Moor's JJJ IPA, a British triple IPA-come-barley wine. There will be more beer before and after, I'm sure. And the day has to start with a coffee stout! I'm intrigued by the idea of IPA mash...
