		<description>Being English, I don&#039;t celebrate Thanksgiving, but I heartily indulge in Christmas, which isn&#039;t too different a feast. Beer doesn&#039;t feature in the cooking, just on the table. This year with the turkey I&#039;m planning Moor&#039;s JJJ IPA, a British triple IPA-come-barley wine. There will be more beer before and after, I&#039;m sure. And the day has to start with a coffee stout!

I&#039;m intrigued by the idea of IPA mash...</description>
